Anti-NONO Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to nmt55/p54nrb (NONO), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The antibody is of the IgG isotype, unconjugated, raised in rabbit, and purified by affinity chromatography. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 53–236 of human NONO/p54nrb (NP_031389.3), and the target protein migrates at a molecular weight of 58 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are WB at 1:500–1:1,000, IHC at 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF at 1:50–1:200. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, with concentration specified per lot. It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
