Anti-Nogo A (E499) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against the E499 region of Nogo A. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 467–517 of human Nogo A, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of the Nogo A protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 130 kDa.
