Anti-NODAL Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets the NODAL protein. It is of the IgG isotype, supplied unconjugated, validated for Western blotting, and reactive with human and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 198–347 of human NODAL (NP_060525.3). The antibody is affinity purified and provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; the reported molecular weight is 44 kDa. For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is given. The reagent is shipped at 4 °C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
