Anti-NOD1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets NOD1 and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid preparation. It is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications, with confirmed reactivity against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–270 of human NOD1 (NP_006083.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, with a reported molecular weight of 108 kDa. Concentration is lot specific. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC.

Storage instructions specify shipment at 4°C, with aliquoting and storage at −20°C upon delivery; freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
