Anti-NNT Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal unconjugated antibody directed against NNT (nicotinamide nucleotide transhydrogenase), intended for Western blot (WB) applications. Produced in rabbit and validated for use with human and mouse samples, with IgG as the reported isotype. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a reported purity greater than 95% (SDS-PAGE). It detects endogenous levels of NNT protein, with the target migrating at approximately 114 kDa. The reagent is supplied by Antibodies.com as a liquid at 1 mg/ml, formulated in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The immunogen corresponds to a synthetic peptide derived from residues of human NNT.
