Anti-NNT-1 / BSF-3 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody offered by Antibodies.com targets human NNT-1, a secreted cytokine also designated BSF-3 and formally known as Cardiotrophin-Like Cytokine Factor 1 (CLCF1). NNT-1 belongs to the interleukin-6 cytokine family and signals through the CNTFRα/gp130/JAK receptor complex, with documented roles in B-cell maturation, neuronal survival, and lymphoid tissue development. The antibody reacts with the human target, enabling expression studies in lymphoblastoid cell lines, neuronal cultures, and recombinant overexpression systems.
