Anti-NNMT Antibody

This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody targets Nicotinamide N-Methyltransferase (NNMT), a cytosolic enzyme that catalyzes the methylation of nicotinamide and related pyridines using S-adenosylmethionine as the methyl donor. NNMT is studied widely in oncology and metabolic disease research because its expression is elevated in multiple tumor types and is implicated in cellular energy balance and epigenetic regulation.

Validated for western blot and immunofluorescence applications, the reagent is supplied as 100 µl of antibody solution in a single vial.
