Description
A polyclonal rabbit IgG antibody raised against NMT2 is offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody validated for western blotting, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence applications. The reagent was generated using recombinant full length human NMT2 as immunogen and is reported to detect endogenous levels of the NMT2 protein in human, mouse and rat samples.
According to the manufacturer, the antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen to a purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE, and corresponds to a target protein of approximately 57 kDa.
