Anti-NMT1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, supplied as an IgG reagent for primary antibody applications. The unconjugated antibody is affinity purified and formulated in PBS buffer (pH 7.3) with 0.01% thimerosal and 50% glycerol; storage at -20°C is recommended and freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for IHC-P; a third-party product sheet also suggests an ELISA starting concentration of 1 μg/mL. The observed molecular weight in Western blot is 50 kDa against a calculated molecular weight of 58 kDa. Validation data includes Western blot analysis of 25 μg lysate per lane at 1:1000 dilution with ECL detection, and IHC staining of paraffin-embedded human placenta tissue.
