Anti-NMNAT1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting NMNAT1, from Antibodies.com. Supplied as an unconjugated liquid preparation, affinity purified from a rabbit host and of IgG isotype, the antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) applications at recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:1,000.

Reactivity is with human samples, and the immunogen corresponds to a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 1–150 of human NMNAT1 (NCBI accession NP_073624.2), with a target molecular weight of 32 kDa. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. It is shipped at 4 °C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
