Anti-NMNAT1 Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal antibody to NMNAT1. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and validated for Western blot (WB) applications on human samples.

The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–150 of human NMNAT1 (NP_073624.2) and purified by affinity chromatography. It is supplied as a liquid formulation in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The expected molecular weight of the target is 29 kDa.

For Western blotting, the manufacturer recommends a working dilution range of 1:500–1:1,000. The reagent is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
