Anti-NMNAT1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against the NMNAT1 target. It is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and is reactive with human samples. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and is of the IgG isotype.

The immunogen used is recombinant full length human NMNAT1, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of NMNAT1 protein. It is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 32 kDa.
