From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against NME4. It is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.
The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–187 of human NME4 (NP_005000.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 17 kDa. Purification is by affinity chromatography. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
A working dilution of 1:500–1:2,000 is recommended for Western blot.
