Anti-NME3 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent raised against the human nucleoside diphosphate kinase 3 (NME3) target, supplied by Antibodies.com as a 50 µl vial of unconjugated serum for western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows. The target, also annotated as DR-nm23, NDPKC, or NM23-H3, is a 19 kDa kinase localized to mitochondria and cytosol that catalyzes the gamma-phosphate transfer from ATP to nucleoside diphosphates via a ping-pong mechanism, supporting GTP/GDP homeostasis, broader nucleoside metabolism, and roles in G-protein signaling and cellular energetics.
