Anti-NME2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises NME2. It is of the IgG isotype, supplied unconjugated, and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.

The target protein has a molecular weight of 17 kDa. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–152 of human NME2/NM23B (NP_001018148.1). The antibody is affinity purified and provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
