Anti-NME1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, is raised against NME1 (also referred to as NM23A) and is provided as an unconjugated IgG. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 100 to the C-terminus of human NME1/NM23A (NP_000260.1). The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is listed for use in WB, IHC and IF applications, with IHC validated by the manufacturer.

The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 21 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid preparation, affinity purified and formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The manufacturer's recommended IHC dilution range is 1:50 to 1:200, and the product listing includes 3 scientific validation images. Concentration is reported as lot specific.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
