Anti-NMDAR2B (Ab-1474) Antibody

The immunogen is a peptide sequence around amino acids 1472-1476 (H-V-Y-E-K) derived from Human NMDAR2B. The antibody is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. It was purified by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific peptide after immunizing rabbits with synthetic peptide and KLH conjugates.

For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
