Anti-NMDAζ1 (phospho-S897) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets NMDAζ1 phosphorylated at Serine 897. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

According to manufacturer specifications, the immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human NMDAζ1 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 897. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of NMDAζ1 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser897. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. Reported molecular weights are approximately 105 and 120 kDa.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
