Anti-NMDAζ1 (phospho-S896) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against NMDAζ1 phosphorylated at Serine 896. It is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The unconjugated antibody is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human NMDAζ1 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 896. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of NMDAR1 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser896. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target proteins migrate at approximately 105 and 120 kDa.
