Anti-NMDAε4 (P706) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 681-730 of human NMDAε4. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

Validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and detects endogenous levels of NMDAε4 protein, with an expected molecular weight of ~ 170 kDa. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
