Rabbit polyclonal antibody to NMDAε3 (P986), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, reacting with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, with 2 scientific validation images referenced by the manufacturer.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 956-1008 of Human NMDAε3, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of NMDAε3 protein. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.
Antibody has a molecular weight of ~ 134 kDa and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
