Anti-NMBR (L264) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against NMBR and recognises the L264 epitope region. It is supplied unconjugated and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, reacting with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The reagent was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 235-280 of Human NMBR as the immunogen, and it specifically detects endogenous levels of NMBR protein. According to the manufacturer, the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.

Provided in liquid form, the antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 43 kDa.
