Anti-NM23-H2 (H118) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets NM23-H2 (also referred to as NM23/NDP Kinase B) and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

It was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 87–130 of Human NM23-H2 and specifically detects endogenous levels of NM23/NDP Kinase B protein. The reported molecular weight is ~17 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
