Description
Produced by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against NM23-H2. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
It was generated using recombinant full length human NM23-H2 as the immunogen and detects endogenous levels of NM23-H2 protein. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 17kDa.
The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
