Anti-NM23-H1 (NDKA) Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this rabbit polyclonal reagent recognises NM23-H1, also referred to as NDKA. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF), and it has been shown to react with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against recombinant full-length human NM23-H1 and specifically detects endogenous levels of the NM23-H1 protein. It is provided at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The reagent has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity exceeds 95% as judged by SDS-PAGE.
