Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises the NLRP3 protein and is supplied unconjugated. It was raised against recombinant human NLRP3 protein, and detects the endogenous level of total NLRP3. The reagent has been validated for Western blot and is reactive with human and rat samples.
The product is provided as a liquid at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using the immunogen. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
