Anti-NLRC4 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets the NLRC4 protein and is supplied in unconjugated form with an IgG isotype. It has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed in human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 85-170 of human NLRC4 (NP_001186067.1).

The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The target protein has a molecular weight of 110 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.
