Anti-NLGN4Y Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Neuroligin 4 (NLGN4Y), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, raised in rabbit and prepared as a polyclonal preparation.

Validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, the reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:100. The target protein has a molecular weight of 100 kDa.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 122-256 of human NLGN4Y (NP_001157710.1). The product is supplied in liquid form in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and has been purified by affinity purification. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
