Anti-NLGN3 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against the Neuroligin-3 (NLGN3) protein, this unconjugated polyclonal antibody supports researchers investigating synaptic adhesion molecules and their roles in neural development. NLGN3 is a postsynaptic transmembrane protein that interacts with neurexins to drive synapse formation and modulate excitatory synaptic transmission, and it has become a focus of study in autism spectrum disorder research and in gliomas, where altered expression has been linked to tumor cell proliferation.
