Anti-NKX2-1 Antibody

Available from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody recognises NKX2-1 (also referred to as TTF1) and is supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and, according to the manufacturer, reacts with Human and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 20–110 of human NKX2-1 (NP_003308.1). Affinity-purified and of the IgG isotype, the product has a molecular weight of 39 kDa. It is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal.

Recommended starting dilutions for WB are 1:100–1:500. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
