Anti-Nkx-3.1 (L2) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Nkx-3.1 (L2), unconjugated and formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminus of human Nkx-3.1 and is reported to detect endogenous levels of NKX3.1 protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE.

Validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The target protein runs at approximately 38 kDa.
