Anti-NKRF Antibody

From Antibodies.com comes a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting NKRF, validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 391–690 of human NKRF (NP_060014.2) and is affinity purified.

Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody recognises a target of 78 kDa. For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:1,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
