Anti-NKp46 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by epitope-specific immunogen chromatography, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is designed to detect endogenous NKp46 (NCR1/CD335) protein in human samples. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at a concentration of 1 mg/mL, buffered in PBS with 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide, and is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and ELISA applications. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human NKp46, and the antibody recognizes targets also referred to as hNKp46, LY94, Lymphocyte antigen 94 homolog, natural cytotoxicity triggering receptor 1, natural killer cell p46-related protein, and NK cell-activating receptor.
