Anti-NKp30 Antibody

The polyclonal antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human NKp30 and was subsequently purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. Supplied unconjugated in a liquid PBS formulation containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody is provided at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL in a 50 µl volume. Validated applications include Western blot (WB) and ELISA, and the reagent has been confirmed to react with Human and Rat samples, making it suitable for studies of NK-cell activating receptors across these species.
