NKp30, also called NCR3 or CD337, is a natural cytotoxicity triggering receptor expressed on natural killer (NK) cells and selected T lymphocyte subsets where it drives activation signaling upon engagement of stress-induced and tumor-associated ligands such as B7-H6. This unconjugated Rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied in a 100 µl vial, validated for Western blot and ELISA workflows, and cross-reacts with both human and rat orthologues of the receptor. The antibody supports research use only studies of innate effector cell biology, including immunoblotting of NK cell lysates, characterization of NCR3 expression across lymphocyte populations, and ELISA-based quantitation of receptor levels in cell culture supernatants.
