Anti-NK-2R (P340) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against NK-2R (P340), an epitope within the neurokinin 2 receptor (NK-2R). The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 320–370 of human NK-2R. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. It specifically detects endogenous levels of NK-2R protein, which runs at an apparent molecular weight of approximately 44 kDa.

Validated applications are Western blotting (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF/ICC), and the reagent is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples.
