Anti-NK-1R (K245) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against NK-1R, offered by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 215–260 of Human NK-1R. The reagent detects endogenous levels of NK-1R protein and is validated for WB and ICC/IF, reacting with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. Supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The observed molecular weight of the target is approximately 46 kDa.
