NK-1R (Neurokinin-1 Receptor, also called TACR1) is a G protein-coupled receptor that binds substance P and mediates pain signaling, neurogenic inflammation, and immune cell activation.
This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against NK-1R and validated for Western blot, immunofluorescence, and ELISA workflows. With confirmed reactivity against human, mouse, and rat samples, it supports cross-species studies in neuroscience, oncology (where NK-1R is overexpressed in several tumor types), and inflammatory disease research.
The reagent ships as 100 µl of polyclonal antiserum in a single-use vial for laboratory investigations of tachykinin receptor pharmacology, substance P signaling pathways, and GPCR function. Researchers studying chemotherapy-induced emesis models, neuropathic pain circuits, or tumor proliferation linked to neuropeptide signaling can apply this reagent to immunoblotting, immunofluorescence staining, and ELISA protocols.
