NK-1R (Neurokinin-1 Receptor, encoded by TACR1) is a G-protein coupled receptor that serves as the primary binding site for substance P, a tachykinin neuropeptide involved in nociception, neurogenic inflammation, and emetic signaling. This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat samples. The unconjugated format supports flexible pairing with custom fluorophore- or enzyme-conjugated secondaries, and the antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a stabilizer. Each 50 µl vial is intended for receptor localization studies in neural and peripheral tissue, migraine and neuropathic pain models, and investigations of tachykinin pathways in inflammatory and oncological research.
