Anti-NIPA (S350) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises NIPA at the S350 residue and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF). The unconjugated reagent was raised in rabbit and shows reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples.

It was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 318–372 of human NIPA, and the affinity-purified antibody detects endogenous levels of NIPA protein. By SDS-PAGE the purity is greater than 95%, and the corresponding molecular weight of the target is approximately 55 kDa. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.
