Anti-NIP7 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises the NIP7 protein and is validated for Western blot applications. It is raised in rabbit, is of the IgG isotype, and is supplied unconjugated. The antibody reacts with human and mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-180 of human NIP7 (NP_057185.1), and the target has a molecular weight of 20 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500-1:2,000 is suggested.
