Anti-NIN Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody supplied unconjugated and raised by Antibodies.com against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–287 of human NIN (Ninein). The reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with immunofluorescence (IF) also listed in the product overview. It is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The reported molecular weight of the target is 190 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
