Anti-NIFK (D229) Antibody

An affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 196–245 of human NIFK is available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. Raised in rabbit and supplied unconjugated, the antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF), including ICC/IF.

The reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. NIFK (D229) pAb detects endogenous levels of NIFK protein, which has a molecular weight of approximately 34 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and is accompanied by three scientific images.
