NIFK (nucleolar protein interacting with the FHA domain of MKI67, also known as MKI67IP) is a phosphoprotein tied to ribosome biogenesis and rRNA processing in actively dividing cells, making it a marker of interest for proliferation studies. The Antibodies.com rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent recognizes human NIFK and is validated for Western blot detection of the endogenous protein in cultured mammalian cell lysates. Supplied unconjugated in a 100 µl volume, the antibody supports immunoblotting workflows in cancer biology and cell-cycle research, where multi-epitope polyclonal recognition helps reveal changes in NIFK expression across growth states. For stability, the reagent should be stored refrigerated at -20 °C in working aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and is intended for research use only as a primary antibody.
