Anti-NID1 Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a Rabbit polyclonal antibody to NID1, also referred to as Entactin/NID. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in Rabbit and reacts with Human samples. Validated applications include WB and IHC (C0), with the manufacturer and third-party datasheet specifying WB at a recommended dilution of 1:500–1:2,000 (S1, S2).

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 110–400 of human NID1 (NP_002499.2), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 178 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide (S1, S2).

It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided (S1, S2).
