Description
A rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com, raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 311-360 of human Nibrin, is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and is presented unconjugated.
Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, the antibody reacts with human and rat samples and detects endogenous levels of Nibrin protein. The reported molecular weight for the target is approximately 95 kDa.
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
