Anti-Nibrin (phospho-S343) Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises Nibrin phosphorylated at Serine 343. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Nibrin around the Ser343 phosphorylation site, and the reagent has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The antibody is unconjugated, provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide (approx. pH 7.2), and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. It is validated for use in western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and detects endogenous levels of p95/NBS1 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser343; the target protein runs at approximately 95 kDa.
