Anti-Nibrin (P461) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Nibrin (P461), supplied by Antibodies.com. This unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 431-480 of Human Nibrin, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of Nibrin protein.

The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
