Anti-NHLRC1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to NHLRC1/Malin, supplied by Antibodies.com. The reagent is an unconjugated IgG antibody purified by affinity chromatography, presented as a liquid. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 79-280 of human NHLRC1 (NP_940988.2). Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200. The target protein migrates at a molecular weight of 42 kDa.

Formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. For research use only; not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
