Description
Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against NHE-7 (D566) and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated antibody is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and was generated against amino acids 530-582 of Human NHE-7 as a synthetic peptide immunogen. It is reported to detect endogenous levels of NHE-7 protein.
The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at a molecular weight of ~80 kDa.
